PORSCHE UNVEILED THE NEW 911R, IT WILL BE A LIMITED EDITION

Finally the Porsche 911 R was unveiled at the 2016 Geneva Motor Show, and if you want one it will be really hard to do it because it will be a limited edition.
The new Porsche 911 R will probably enter the really small iconic car club, because it’s clearly something really rare in those days to see a naturally aspirated engine alongside a manual transmission with almost 500hp, which mean you have a homologated race car.
Let’s talk briefly about the specs of the new Porsche 911R, this new limited edition carry the same engine from the Porsche 911 GT3 RS, which mean we have a flat-six 'boxer' engine with a displacement of four-liters that delivers 500 hp at 8,250 rpm and generates 460 Nm at 6,250 rpm, all that with a weight of 1,370 kilograms, so now the Porsche 911 R is the lightest 911 in Porsche line-up.

We already talked about the new Porsche 718 Boxster(you can read the article+video HERE), but X-TOMI design which are located in Hungary want to reduce the cost of the new Porsche 718 Boxster and make it more affordable or less expensive, or whatever this design company want to prove, because undoubtedly it’s not going to happen anyway.

Porsche unveiled his latest mid-engine sport cars, the new 718 BOXSTER, and the first pictures of the new Porsche 718 BOXSTER and 718 BOXSTER S look pretty promising.
We already talked about the revamp of the Porsche CAYMAN AND BOXSTER line up (click HERE to learn more) and the big change was the new 2.0-litre four cylinder engine in the 718 BOXSTER which produce 300 hp and   380 Nm of torque (a gain of 100 Nm) available from 1,950 rpm to 4,500 rpm, the Porsche 718 BOXSTER S use a 2.5-litre engine, which develops 350 hp and 420 Nm (60 Nm more) from 1,900 rpm to 4,500 rpm this increase in power and torque is due to the use  of a turbocharger with variable turbine geometry. Porsche is claiming that technology is exclusively used on his cars with petrol engines like both in the 911 Turbo and 718 Boxster S.
